Born in Dundee, raised in Oxfordshire, Phoebe developed her creative practice through her background in art, working across mediums including watercolour and ink. She combines this artistic grounding with her interest in fashion to demonstrate a multidisciplinary vision through make up.

Phoebe attended London College of Fashion, leading to a role as Resident Trainer for MAC Cosmetics where she worked backstage on the Pro Team at London Fashion Week. After leaving MAC she met makeup artist Lynsey Alexander and worked closely with her as 1st assistant for 7 years.

Phoebe has worked with photographers such as Alasdair McLellan, Phil Engelhardt and Casper Sejersen. Her clients include Prada Beauty, JWAnderson and WooYoungMi. Her editorial work has featured in British Vogue, EE72 and Family Style Magazine.
